Wetdawgs is correct, Zillow is not a real estate company and does not sell homes.
It is possible, and common, for people to sell homes with more than one lien. But, all liens must be satisfied (paid) at closing. If the proceeds from the sale do not cover the liens, you will have to bring money to the closing so you can convey a clear title to the buyer.
If the sale price of the house will not cover the liens, and you don't have money to bring to the closing, you have to consider a short sale. In a short sale, the lenders (lien holders) accept less than what is owed to satisfy the lien. If you have a financial hardship, you may qualify for a short sale.
