Submitted press release. A North Dakota jobs and free training workshop will be conducted at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, at Bettendorf Library . Skilled work applicants are encouraged to bring a resume while those requiring skills training can sign-up for free training offered through the State of North Dakota. A free public presentation, "Living and Working in North Dakota," will be presented 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, at the Rock Island Library and 7 p.m. March 7 for the Independent Scholar's Evening at the Moline Club in downtown Moline.
